The price is $20 per footlong sub, but the advertised price does not say so, i only see $12.xx for footlong on their sign. Fine, it is airport, i get it things can be expensive.
The staff tried to give me as little ingredients as possible. The person in front of me had a sub packed full by another girl, so as a comparison, i feel she doesn’t like add much more ingredients for me.
At check out, she didn’t allow us to use the mobile subway card without valid reasons, fine.
On top of this, instead of intentionally overcharging, i am going to say that her math is bad. Gave back $2 less in change until i have to show her how to use a calculator for the price.
When i get to my table, i find that she also did not provide me the receipt for the second sub, she then said she did, fine!
The taste of the food is ok, no complaints.
But still i only want to give one star here because the service is too horrible.
At the end, she yells at me, you should have told me xxxx! This is not the way to communicate to customers! First of all, i told her what i need. Second, even if she didnt hear, please use brain to think whether something makes sense. If not, clarify! As a cashier, learn some simple math...
