Bin 4 Burger Lounge — Restaurant in Saanich

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEIR SERVICE TONIGHT. I ordered my food online and got a confirmation message that my food would be ready at 6:01pm...I get there at 6:03pm and they tell me my food is just being packed up and it shouldn't be long. They ask me to wait outside and so I do. 15 minutes pass and still no food...I go back in after 20 minutes of waiting outside and ask if my order is almost ready and they tell me yes it is ready just getting it all packed up. I tell them I was told it was being packed up 20 minutes ago and after they go back to the kitchen to check they reply with a simple, "yep it's being packed up right now. I'll bring it to you outside when it's ready." Another 10 minutes pass (a total of 30 minutes after my original pick up time) and they finally come out with my food and when I mention that I was told 30 minutes ago that my food was being packaged up, the hostess simply said that it took longer because they were checking that there were no almonds (due to an allergy). As you can see in the text confirmation below and the top of the first photo of my receipt, I ordered my food at 5:38pm and that it would be ready at 6:01pm. They manually write on the receipt 6:08...? Not sure if that is when they put my order in or if that was when it was ready but I did not receive my food until 6:35...an hour after I ordered and 30 minutes past my pick up time. No one apologized for my food being so late and made up an excuse as to why it took them 30 minutes to "pack up' my order....sorry Bin 4 but you lost a loyal customer tonight and I am throughly disappointed in the lack of...

Food was good. However, had a horrible dining experience the few times I’ve been. I’ve been with larger groups of 6-8 and we’ve been told that it’s a 30 minute wait. After watching several people and groups get their tables before us it was shocking to see that the large table they had was occupied by two people. Almost 2 hours later we were called into our table after waiting outside and ignored. Absolutely terrible service and the staff didn’t seem to care. I would NOT recommend this place to groups, you’ll find a better burger and service elsewhere.

EDIT: I gave this restaurant another chance, as my friend convinced me. Oh boy was I disappointed again! This time the seating was not the issue but much rather the terrible service. We sat outside and it was to my surprise we saw two larger groups come in 15-20 minutes after us, and got their food FIRST. The server did not once come to check up on us or at least let us know that our food was on the way. We had to ask a different server who said the food was on the rack ready to be served.. another 20 minutes pass. Nothing. Eventually the food came and honestly the burger was dry and wasn’t even hot, did they forget our order? At the end, our server did not even show her face and got another girl to ring up the bills. Wow what a scam and terrible experience. Never coming back. I’ve never gave a bad tip before, but this was my first time, wow I am shocked and surprised people...

Very good food but for the amount of time you wait it better be. I'm a disabled man who was staying at the Accent Inn. I placed my order and the payment was accepted then 10 minutes later I get a notification my order was picked up, concerned I walk over cold night I left my jacket knowing I saw benches and chairs in the lobby yesterday when I ate there. The head hostess tells me oh those notifications mean nothing I just click through the orders out to show their company they are working the kitchen. I say well I'm disabled can I sit inside and am told no, nobodies special and gets to sit there the seating is for people leaving to wait for rest of their party. The outside had NO patio heaters no seating for those waiting just a crowd of 17 people myself included waiting to pick up food and 3 there for a reservation. Worst customer service ever!!! On the third time going and asking how much longer after waiting outside of or 45 minutes the hostess rolls her eyes and says it's slow enough now she will look for my food after asking my name yet again. We love the one in Nanaimo great food. This location looks more like a cat rodeo of staff without direction and a meat market for local singles there for drinks and eventually their meals. Sad part is the hotel staff told us the restaurant can buzz the rooms when meals are ready, and my negative review would never have happened but they...
