This store smells so horrible 🤢 It smells like rotting fruit and dirty garbage and has smelled this way each time I've come in within the last 8 months. The smoothies are always good but the service is very poor. The workers have never greated or thanked me and the girls there make me feel very unwelcome and put off the vibe that me ordering a smoothie ruins their night. The girl working today hardly said a word to me and practically shoved the smoothies my way, barking "here." I said "thank you, have a great day!" with no response from her or her coworker. Terrible customer Service. I understand people are worried about COVID-19 at this time, but it’s not reasonable to charge your customers 1 dollar on top of their purchases to wear a mask before they can even enter the store. It is not mandatory in British Columbia right now to wear a mask so why would you make the store mandatory to wear a mask and on top of that charge them one dollar? Instead of being offered a mask by the manager I was offered a phone call to the police.

Me and my wife waited for 25 mins for a fresh pressed juice, we were the only one in the store when we walked in and with in that time frame 4 customers were served who came after us. The kid or staff serving us had no concept of time, the product was also tasteless it seems like its hard to follow simply instructions on your menu for this staff.
