Little Thai Place — Restaurant in Saanich

I’m local, love this restaurant. Best Thai restaurant in town. This could be the busiest Thai restaurant that there are so many people are ordering from it. All the food was great, except one skinny server was just rude. Her attitude was like “I don’t care” about your feelings. She doesn’t know about proper standard of serving. On the other hand, a 30s server was super passionate about this work and it made me think she must be one of the owners of this restaurant. Anyways, back on the food. Kua Gai noodle is this restaurant’s special, which you can never get in other little Thai place, is the best. That’s a every time pick, with the combination of something else/new to make a full meal. I have a huge suspicion they microwave their food till it steams to complete an order and cook in the morning before opening instead of cooking fresh to order. I say that because I've ordered take-out from here twice now and both times I've ordered several dishes (3-4) and they've said I can come pick within 10 minutes. Like what? How do you even cook and pack that much within 10 minutes while also completing other orders simultaneously? Additionally, their noodles are ALWAYS over boiled and break apart into small strips while eating, and taste/feel like soggy paper towel. Their fried rice is a decent menu item though. However, I will most probably order Thai from elsewhere now, but I wanted to give prospective customers/eaters a heads...

Horrible! Ive been here a serval times and it was ok. Today I ordered a Tom yum goong soup with a side order of rice noodle. Not only the portion of the soup is incredibly small, the server served my soup first without side noodles. I waited for at least 15 mins and had to remind them twice before the side noodle is served. By the time it was served, my friend already finished eating and the soup is getting cold already so I asked them to heat it up. By the time the soup was heat up, the noodles were stuck together. I try to be patient and nice until I found unknown black bits on the noodles. JUST GROSS. They took the noodle off my bill which is the right thing to do. Not gonna...
