So I order from Cosmos 3-4 times a year for the past three to four years.... Tonight we got the #17 Summer Special and #11 Taco, add Feta. The #17 was fine and then we tried the Taco, noticed all everyone could taste were vegetables so we looked under the toppings for the beef and there was none. So I phoned and spoke to owner, he said that I had told him that I didn't want any beef on my Taco pizza (Ya sure, like I didn't want the MAIN ingredient that makes it a TACO pizza?!?) Perhaps it was a language barrier, I was willing to overlook it and expected it would be made right, just had to drive back and return the uneaten pizza. He said bring it back as long as it's not all eaten, come back in 15-mins...and I brought it back thinking he'd have a new one waiting for me to pick up to take home to my waiting guests...but no, he now changed his story and said there is beef on the pizza!! I asked ok where is it??? ....as none of my guests could find any on the pizza (And we sure could't taste any) .... he points to the pizza, (see picture) at the tiny brown specs and says "here beef, there beef", and so I took a REAL CLOSE look and what do you know there were TINY little beef specs, about a dozen. I said I just paid $36 for two mediums and being that the taco beef was the only meat ingredient on that pizza and it was virtually non-existent would he please make a new pizza because there must be some mistake, this could not possibly be a beef taco pizza!! He said sorry no, he said he put beef on it and would not make it right. He offered me single can of Coke, asked me if that would be ok. I said I just wanted the Taco pizza I paid for, and as a customer I didn't see this as being a fair deal, I told him I feel ripped off. I said if three people all said "where is the beef?" as they bit into the pizza, then the problem is with the value proposition of the pizza and to make it right I'd like him to make a new pizza. He refused. I said I'm a good loyal customer with a houseful of guests and this would not reflect well on his business name and image and he did have the chance to make it right....he refused again. I told him well you have my number you have a chance to make it right, call me... well, he didn't. It was a pain to delay dinner for our guests and kids, but we ordered from another place a bit further away and we got our Taco Pizza with lots of toppings and fair value. It is unfortunate as it has been years since I've really felt ripped off by a local business and unfortunately Cosmos Pizza on Tillicum lost my future business and all my friends' business. Read moreI watched a video on Instagram of "nearme Victoria" and decided to order from Cosmos Pizza. My husband and I went to pick up the pizza and found a cute little place with great owners running the place.
We had ordered their honey garlic chicken wings, a small vegetarian pizza, and a Cosmos special.
We started with the chicken wings. I took a bite, ate the whole piece, and found myself with a weird aftertaste as if the chicken had gone bad. I gave myself and the wing a second chance and had another piece, but this time it was so bad that I had to spit it out of my mouth.
We had to wash our mouths to clear the bad taste. We then decided to go for the veggie pizza. The pizza looked like a deep-dish pizza and was thick with lots of veggies. But the crust was soggy, and it didn’t look like the pizza was baked well.
We finished one slice and then moved to the Cosmos special hoping that it would be better. We couldn’t even finish one slice as, again, the crust was soggy, the meat (salami and pepperoni) felt as if it was not cooked, and the pizza looked like it was not baked well.
We had to throw the rest of the pizza and the wings and felt that we wasted $60 on our order. Would...

The 2 Donair special, with double meat (it was loaded), no lettuce, no tomato, 2 extra sauce, and 2 iced tea, as well as zucchini stix. Last time it I ordered it was amazing, and made exactly as I ordered it. It cost either 36 or 38.50, plus tip, for a total of 45$. Tonight's order was not double meat (5 thin slices) tons of lettuce (which when I removed, filled the bottom of the bag it came in), it was not even warm let alone hot, the stix were just warm. The bill was 40.50 this time. I called in and the lady screamed at me, told me I was wrong on all counts. I am furious. Terrible customer service, terrible food, different charges for the exact same thing, and no refund. A waste of money. I will never order from here again. I want a refund, and they can have the full order back. They won't even answer that request. She just argued, said I was wrong, yelled a lot. My bank account reflects the first order, as does the receipt. Definitely not hungry now. So upset. After being screamed at for 5 minutes I definitely lost my cool, (I don't lose my cool) and had to hang up. Worst...
