First off, this is my first visit to this location. I enjoy this chains pizza fairly often, just not this location. I recently ordered a couple pizzas and some papa bites. The quality of the pizza was good, maybe a little light on the toppings compared to my usual location. I tried to order online but I could not make the final payment complete, so u then phoned in my order. I had to repeat my order to the staff member several times. I was wondering if he was inexperienced with the way my conversation went. I was patient, and we finished up eventually. It was not a difficult order. I showed up a little early for my timed order pick up as I finished my prior appointment earlier than I expected. The store graciously started and finished my order early and quickly. Upon arrival at my home, I ate my pizza, and it was okay. However, my spouse was not so lucky. She started to eat her order and quickly discovered it contained meat. I had ordered a garden fresh pizza, as she is a lifelong vegetarian. We made her a different dinner. I called the store and was very quickly told that is what I ordered. No, it was not. The employee was very curt and un apologetic to my issue. I would have been satisfied with an apology, but none was forthcoming. I still had 95% of the pizza available to take back to them. I was not trying to get something more than what I ordered. I will not be going to this location again and will have to think if I want to patronize this company in the future as I was not satisfied with the remedy to my issue. Placed an order online. The system froze and the order wasn't completed. No confirmation number or status of any kind . We then replaced the order and everything went through. Pizza showed up and then we were told the other order was on its way as well?. We called the store and spoke to the manager and asked to cancel the order as we only order 1 time. The manager was extremely rude and accused us of taking advantage her. We explained that the first order was never completed as there was no confirmation, no status update or anything, and there was an online ordering issue. She was so rude to my daughter on the phone that I had to take it away and inform her that this was not our fault and clearly an online issue. She refused to cancel the order and said we were going to pay for it. I stated multiple times we would not and she should call the driver to not show up as we had already recieved the order we had a confirmation for. After arguing with us for about 5 minutes, she eventually said she will take the pizza back. The driver was super nice and totally understanding and an really nice guy in light of the issue. Very upsetting since the food is always pretty good. The manager however did not deal with this situation in any professional sence at all. Will not order from this...
