Pains me to give this review as the customer service here was amazing, but the food honestly was terrible.
Let’s start with the good. As stated customer service was great. They were okay with me substituting some items in the combo for one, and didn’t even charge me that much more to make the changes. When I arrived at the restaurant the workers in the front were very nice and even provided an additional 15 percent off of my pick up order. They’re fantastic.
Now for the bad. The food they gave me was either over fried or just plain old. Majority of the honey garlic pork wasn’t even edible. It was so chewy, dry and lacked sauce. The almond chicken was over fried and hard. It almost had a staleness to it. The chicken fried rice was the only thing that was passible, but even that lacked flavour.
I hope that the food can live up to the customer service one day. It’s a newer establishment, so maybe once they work out the kinks the food quality...
Read moreTERRIBLE HARD/DRY Food was so dry and overcooked, hard as a rock that I had a tough time cutting the ginger beef, sesame chicken and breaded shrimp even using kitchen scissors. My guests who arrived saying how hungry they were ate very slowly and did not have a second plate. I soaked the leftovers by adding water to the containers hoping to rehydrate the food enough to make it edible. So SO disappointed, I spent $180 [and I have never spent that much on a restaurant meal or take out so this was to be a huge treat] Chat gpt search had this top of the list. READ THE 1 STAR REVIEWS PLEASE so many have commented on the hard dry [and bland] food. 1 star for portions, 1 star for flavour being ok ... although the noodle dishes tasted odd or stale, I am sure all that food was leftovers never even had food half that dry/hard from cold grocery store deli chinese. that is how bad it was :( I really wish I could get my...

Nothing wrong with it it was actually quite good, just not what I was expecting from a restaurant claiming authenticity. The Sichuan green beans were fresh but could have had a bit more sauce for additional taste and would have benefitted from being blistered / charred during the cooking process. Please don't let my criticisms stop you from trying this restaurant. We ate all of our food and will be back. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the cloth tablecloth was appreciated even with the dried streak of spilled food on the side of it. Service was great ,attentive,...
