"A TALE OF TRIUMPH, TRAGEDY, AND UNTEMPERED FOOLISHNESS!"

I entered this establishment with hope in my heart and hunger in my belly, prepared to indulge in the grand culinary spectacle that is pizza. The aroma? Divine. The ambiance? Acceptable. The cheese-to-sauce ratio? Balanced, as all things should be.

But lo! Darkness lurked within these walls! My watchful, ever-righteous gaze bore witness to not one, but two culinary crimes most foul!

First, an employee did venture to the washroom—an act most natural. BUT UPON THEIR RETURN, THEY DID NOT WASH THEIR HANDS! I clutched my chest, staggered by the sheer audacity. But before I could recover—A SECOND SIN! This same employee then proceeded to handle the sacred pizza dough with their bare, unwashed hands, shunning the utensils that the gods (and health inspectors) have provided!

I say this not out of malice, but of duty—for pizza is a noble art, and it deserves respect! The stars I have docked are not an act of vengeance, but a call to arms! Return to the path of honor! Wash thine hands! Wield thine utensils! And should this be done, I shall return, and perhaps… just perhaps… restore my faith in this establishment.

I ordered pizza on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 7:40 p.m. The app said the pizza was ready, but I was actually waiting for it at the counter because it was still in the oven. That wasn't the worst part. After I saw a pizza place employee poking around inside my pizza after taking money from the previous customer, I asked, "What are you doing?" She said she was removing pineapple that had accidentally gotten into our pizza (this could have been done with a fork or tongs, but not with dirty hands after taking money from the previous customer; I clearly saw that she did not wash her hands after that). In addition to the pizza, we ordered cheese bread, which was very tasty, but unfortunately had black mold on it. I am shocked by such a negative combination in one order. I ordered a pizza and cheese bread, and it took more than an hour to be delivered to my home. The restaurant is only 6 blocks away, and according to the Domino's Pizza app, it was in "quality check" for at least 20 minutes and then continued waiting to be dispatched for a similar amount of time. Obviously, the pizza and cheese bread arrived almost cold and without the characteristic crispiness of your pizzas. I feel completely ripped off; the delivery charge is $6.50 before taxes, and if you know in advance that delivery will be delayed, then you should not cook the pizza so far in advance and better coordinate your kitchen with the delivery staff.
