The cheese is never spread properly so there’s usually a big percentage of sauce that’s not covered. Tonight I ordered extra sauce but still had the same problem. Some pieces had almost half no cheese.
The middle of the pizza was 100% raw. Not even solid on the bottom. I don’t complain much and I really wanted my pizza but I couldn’t eat it. This pizza made me physically ill.
I called the restaurant to complain but they wouldn’t deliver. They said I’d have to come back to exchange it or accept a credit. So I asked to speak to a manager. He told me that it might be true that my pizza was undercooked, I was lying about the cheese because he put it on himself. He told me that the dough probably wasn’t even raw but it was just soggy because of the pineapple. The dough was so raw that you could literally roll it in to a ball. After talking down to me and making me feel like a total jerk for complaining, he finally said fine, he would have a pizza delivered. He was quite disrespectful and I told him I wasn’t even sure I’d trust a pizza from him given his demeanour.
I give two stars because the second pizza was good, they made sure to cover the whole thing with cheese this time.
Final thoughts: I will always love Pizza Hut but I will never be visiting this...

It has not been the first time that we received a condescending attitude from the young girl at the counter. After placing an online order, she contacted me to inform me there were no more tomatoes. Her tone was arrogant, her answers were unprofessional and I felt as though it was my fault they had no tomatoes! She practically ordered me to change the pizza and hung up on me when I decided to keep the same pizza without tomatoes. My husband picked up the pizza, came home, and we realized that the order was missing 2 articles. Please note that this was the third instance where our order was incomplete. My husband returned to Pizza Hut, asked for the manager Gabriel, and Gabriel was very unhelpful. He gave the articles, knowing very well that the pizza was 20 minutes cold, and we truly expected a better managerial service, to be let down. Preheating the oven as we speak to eat a soggy pizza, after wasting 40 minutes of our time and travel. DOMMAGE to this branch. We will most certainly be ordering our pizzas from Domino's. Wish I could've gave 0 stars...
Read moreUpdate: the owner called me personally. He was apologetic and explained the situation of major lack of employees. He said that particular evening of my order he had to have 2 employees from another store to go work there and they didn’t answer the phone because they were instructed to focus on the kitchen/making pizzas (totally understandable). He said the line should’ve transferred to the central (it did not). He also said that the website should’ve given me a message that said delivery was not possible (it did not, I read everything). He took the blame however and apologized. He also said he would fully reimburse the amount on my credit card. He said he is working hard at rectifying the situation.
