Restaurant et bar St-Hubert — Restaurant in Saint-Eustache

What a disappointment again !! In the past 2 years this place it has been a hit or miss . The only reason why we really go here is because our little daughters enjoys the chicken animal meal. My husband usually likes it more than me . We buy the chicken breast meals and we pick up our food through the drive through. Tonight the food was so awful that I would have brought it back . The chicken was super extra dry , greyish brownish color and dark grey bones. Tasted atleast 3 days in the fridge (yes I unfortunately know that taste ) The gravy was really thick and extremely salty, again tasted like it was cooked 2, 3 times ?? Very disgusting 😒 The fries were finally cooked tonight but we only received a few .. the coleslaw tasted like old cabbage , such a sour taste . I suggest b4 serving cabbage someone should test it out first because rotten cabbage taste extremely bad .Even my daughters wrapped cookie was stale . This will be the last time we ever go to any Saint Hubert ever again as I never want to ever experience such nastiness ever again in my life .I am an extremely clean person and the food made me spit in my plate and brush my teeth right away . Even my dog doesn't want it . What a disaster...

I was at work and wanted to order some takeout. First time I ever ordered from them by using their app. Pretty easy overall.

I ordered the Piri-Piri chicken breast with fries and coleslaw. All came out surprisingly hot and good. Being extremely cold weather outside.

A few negative points to my experience was they forgot my utensils when I requested them, they kept changing the estimate time arrival ( first it was 30min then change to 60min then back to 30min. I took a hour to received my food) and I never got a call on my phone when they arrived even though I gave them instructions to do so. Luckily I stepped outside to look for the delivery car.

Minus the few steps back my meal came out hot and that what important. Will order again when I have the urge for...

I must say this is some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a restaurant. Believe me when I say I considered all options before deciding this. How busy the restaurant was. The possibility of being short staffed. Trouble in the kitchen.

Went there with 3 kids aged 10-7 and 20 months. Wanted to get in a last meal before they closed down dining rooms again. From start to finish this meal took 1hr40min. We saw other patrons come on 30 min after us and leave 30 min before us.

Unlimited beverages is only nice of you can manage to get one. Coleslaw was brought in a big bowl with nothing to put it in to eat it. A juice was forgotten and my child had to wait 20 min before we saw the waitress again.
