Mr. Puffs — Restaurant in Saint-Hyacinthe

I've had mr. Puffs a dozen of times before going there myself. But every time I had them, someone else had bought them and brought it to work or some places. So I've always had them a few hours after they had been made. They tasted okay and fair.

On that Saturday, I invited my mom to go there, and I had them fresh for the first time.

It's like night and day. There's a few comparison to make. Forever I had them soggy and sweet. They were still very acceptable, but I was told they were much better when you eat them right after they were made. And truth be told, they were amazing.

Perfectly crunchy in the outside and soft and chewy in the inside. I had the 8 Puffs and soft ice cream combo, cookies and creams topping. I was in awe after each bite. The glazing is very generous as well.

This was the best dessert I had during my stay here in st hyacinthe. The doughnuts are to die for and just how everything is put together. They serve 5 to 8 deep fried doughnuts in soft serve covered in your favorite shell topping. I ate the cookies and cream and I will definitely be coming...
