Burger King — Restaurant in Saint-Jérôme

The guy that took my order was clearly new but he tried hard to make me understand what he was saying. Another employee had to jump in to tell me what he was saying. He asked if I wanted strawberry turnover, chausson au fraise, the word chausson I asked to repeat 4 times. The burger was great but the cheese stick were discussting. They were cold dry and there was too much breading. I didn't eat them and should of checked in the car, I would of return them. They had the best cheese stick but now 🤢 The time before this one I ordered a king bacon and when i opened it at home, NO BACON. This is a 2 on 2 screw up. At McDonald's I know they mess up all the time so I check everything before leaving the window. If I go again to eat a great burger at this restaurant, I know that I have to look at the burger and no more...

One of the worst Burger King restaurants I have ever encountered. Every visit is a new level of misery. Most recently, stopped by during lunch hour (just past 12), but it was not that busy - 3 customers in line. We finally placed our order, including a fish burger, but even during peak hour they didn't have one cooked. Then they forgot it on the fryer b/c no one was talking to each other. Waited around 15 mins to get our food. Originally planned to eat in but was running late. Asked to have it to go and the manager literally rolled her eyes at us. The place clearly needs an overhaul, possibly new management. Very sad and...

En ce temps de pandémie avec les places restreintes, il en va de soit que dans le restaurant une fois que tu as terminé de manger tu devrais quitter pour laisser la place à d'autres. Cependant lors de notre passage un homme avait déjà terminé de mange et il a passer tout le temps que moi et ma conjointe avons pris pour manger notre repas à travailler sur son portable et a parler au cellulaire. Les clients entraient...des familles et ils manquaient de places assises...Le monsieur prenait 4 places assise à lui seul. Moi et ma conjointe avons fait très vite pour manger afin de laisser notre place. Une fois que nous avons terminé j'ai demandé à voir le gérant pour lui expliquer la situation qui pour moi est inacceptable et je lui ai même offert d'aviser moi même le client. Le gérant n'a pas voulu que je le fasse...Mais avant de quitter j'ai pris quand même soin d'aviser fortement le client en prenant soin que tous les les clients m'entendent. Heureusement que mon repas m'a satisfait malgré le fait que j'ai dû retourner au comptoir car il manquait des choses dans notre commande et que la table était sale, visiblement pas nettoyer depuis le matin alors qu'il était 11h40 environ. Et que dire du manque de colonne du gérant. Totalement inacceptable. Je ne retournerai jamais au Burger King de...
