Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Saint-Jérôme

I am a regular customer that comes every morning.

Every time i get served by this older woman, she doesnt leave you a second to place your order and then makes mistakes on your order because she is trying to go soo fast.. then when questioned at the cash she has a horrible attitude/arrogant

Please hire people that have customer service qualities as this starts my day really badly every time.

I will no longer be going to this tim hortons because of...

The girl made me pay for the person behind, then another guy comes, hands me a receipt and says this will be for your next times…i ask if i can use it in all tim hortons since i live 3 hours away and he says "i think so"…in the end i can only use the 30$ in a tim hortons 3 away from my house… i suggest employee’s not to say « i think » unless they are sure! • Cappuccino à peine remplie. • 1/2 commande inéxacte. • Contamination croisé pour allergie non respecter = j'ai commander un bagel au fromage avec fromage a la crème, je reçois un bagel nature et quand je l'ouvre il y a plein de confiture ... Pas le choix de retourner je suis allergique au fraise framboise et autres .. Vous savez les allergies c'est important changer vos couteau ou bien nettoyer les ! • Commande un muffin anglais fromage saucisse bacon pas d'oeuf = Mauffin anglais bacon fromage.... Je retourne au restaurant j'explique la situation = muffin anglais bacon fromage ...... Je retourne pour une deuxième fois .. Sincèrement je sais sais pas toujours le fun une job de restaurant mais seigneur vérifier plus vos affaires -_- c'est chiant quand on est en direction pour le travail et qu'on a pas se qu'on a commander !!! C'est pas la première fois ça arrive j'attendais avant de faire un avis sur internet mais la je suis tanner du service TRES ordinaire...

Prochaine fois c'est certain que je vais voir le gérant du restaurant, si il y a une...
