staff: always smiling, courteous, pleasant, and they don't bug you while your mouth is full 3m after you've been served. They must be very happy here because I've seen the same girls working here for over 5 years. food: never seen dry chicken, seasonal menu options are creative and delish! The salad bar is always clean and fresh. And no... I don't always go during peak hours. -physical: the place itself is clean, bathrooms smell nice, they have an area for families with smaller children that isn't segregated, it's close to the salad bar for convenience and access and far enough away from groups who don't necessarily want to hear little kids get excited without making you feel like you shouldn't bring your kids. -manager is very kind. My son shared his reason for being there (98 in math end of year) and the manager brought him a complimentary ice cream. WELL! That was literally a cherry on his sundae.

This particular location won't blink an eye if you give your kid a few pieces of cucumber from the salad bar even if only one salad bar is on the bill. I ordered 1 plate of ribs and 1 plate of chicken and ribs combo. The bake potato was the only item that was good. The French fries where old and hard , the chicken was dry and the ribs where dried and left your mouth with bad after taste. I'm disappointed to have gone there for Valentine's Day . The waitress service was good and fast . But I think that too fast was the problem, I got the food so fast at my table as if this restaurant has prepaid too much food and decided to serve it anyway even if it was not very edible . The waitress was really great. That's where it ends. The food ? Terrible. Ordered the chicken brochette , was obviously drenched in MSG , as I became very ill after eating it. The texture of the chicken was terrible. I'll probably say the worst chicken I've ever eaten in my life . The food was literally thrown on the plate , the French fries cold and over salted.
