Washrooms and general restaurant area was clean enough. This is a Wendys/Tim Hortons split location with a drive thru for both restaurants. I ordered a bagel toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese. The staff who toasted and packed my bagel didn't wipe the mess up off the counter before doing someone else's order. She had the other orders bagel sitting in the smear of cream cheese from my order but they got butter on theirs. The staff dropped the butter on the dirty counter, scooped it up and continued to butter the bagel with dirty butter. Absolutely disgusting. The trainee working the cash was super nice, informative, very helpful and went above and beyond his "call of duty" kudos to you kind sir, and to the girl who doesn't understand cleanliness, please learn or quit your job. When I call to have my name in the book, I was told my name and number was putting down and come back and pick it up. Following through with that action I get there and even the manager says that they did not put my name or number down, and there is nothing that they can do.
