Burger King — Restaurant in Saint John

I went to Burger King drive thru tonight and it was horrible customer service. There was one car ahead of me at the speaker. I waited for 5 mins till I realized she wasn’t placing an order. A couple of mins later she was honking her horn to get their attention. A few mins later 4 more cars pulled up behind me. I decided to go in after being in drive thru for 10 mins without budging or person ahead of me giving their order yet. I waited another 7 mins inside for them trying to fix another customers order. I got my daughters meal and the fruitopia was empty. I told the employee. She went to change it and it took literally 10 mins to change it! I told her it was unacceptable how bad the service was tonight. She said she was on break and the camera only shows 1 car on the screen. You should not go on break and have someone do a garbage run as I saw her when I went into the store and leave 1 person to handle it all. Also the girl who did the garbage run came in and went right behind the counter doing stuff without washing her hands! That’s beyond gross. Needless to say worse customer service! I go to this one because it’s right by my daughters dance but I will not be back anytime soon. I’ll take my business elsewhere where it doesn’t take 20 mins to get served and to be served by people who care...

We've been to this location many times and this time was extremely bad. The staff member behind the counter never smiled once. Yes it was busy. It was a Friday at lunch time. Maybe having the second register open would have helped..who knows. My husband ordered a whopper with cheese..Myself I ordered a grilled chicken no mayo. There was one order before ours and 3 after waiting. First order gone. They load our tray with drinks fries and my husband's burger and now we wait more. 5 minutes pass. I make a comment that the food is getting cold the counter person says "go to your seat if I remember I'll bring it out " What is that? Finally the sandwich arrives. We sit to enjoy our lunch. Husband's burger is a mushroom Swiss burger.in going to bring it back and he's like no she'll just get more worked up. He ate it but it was soggy. Mine was defrosted...water logged chicken. No...

I generally love going to Burger King, it's one of my favorite restaurant chains around. This particular location, however, the exception and is quite frankly terrible and disgusting.

the whole building looks like it ought to be condemned and the food I got this morning tasted about the same. I spent almost 10 minutes in a parking lot trying not to throw up, sitting there after having their mozza sticks because the marinara sauce they gave me was rotten - both containers that they gave me were rotten. That alone is enough for me to draw a line in the sand and not go back. As a side note oh, something else that really bothers me but this location is that no matter what you buy at the drive-thru, they will make you pull ahead and wait because they can't prepare anything on demand and on time like any other fast food location. Stay the heck away from this dumpster...
