Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Salmon Arm

I ordered here a few weeks ago. My online order said it was out for delivery and then took 30mins and was cold. Called told customer service the situation and they credited for next time. Ordered tonight 2 pizza 1 ceaser salad and a 2L of pop. Just the 2 pizzas arrived driver had to go back to get salad n pop. 10 minutes later after my wife watched the rest of us eat. The salad came with frosting dip instead of dressing. I called the store instead of customer service they said they could credit me for the dip or make a third attempt to deliver the dressing. The new owners are very difficult to deal with! We used to order every week and will now take our business somewhere else! They would only deal with etransfer not credit card, this was very strange! I found them rude and really did not care how good of customers we are! They also messed up the middle schools long standing pizza order that they get every Thursday which left all the kids without lunch because they did not deliver. Panago has been dealing with our schools in our district for years and within a month in new owners they screw up and did not deliver. The school has now found a new pizza company to deal with. We will not be using Panago in Salmon...

It’s been years since I had a Panago pizza so I stopped in to order. First thing I noticed was how clean and bright it was. Second was the very friendly greeting. I ordered my steak mushroom melt and went to do some grocery shopping. Shopping done and I picked up the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Crisp crust and loads of toppings. That and a drink for $10. Excellent customer service.

This Panago is my new favourite spot to stop in for a treat. No more...
