Chatime — Restaurant in Saskatoon

The product itself is very good. Very refreshing drinks that do not taste diluted. They don't skimp out on the pearls and the drink itself (they don't fill the cup with too much ice). You can tell the pearls were soaked in syrup as they tasted nice and sweet. I would definitely recommend Chatime if it weren't for its downside.

The service times are incredibly slow and it takes an average of around 5 minutes to complete an order of two drinks. It took 45 minutes for my order to be completed and it was the 7th order on queue.

I would recommend going in if either the establishment is empty or you have lots of time to spare. At its current state, I would not recommend it if you are on a tight schedule or if you don't think it's worth the wait.

I am happy we are getting more options for bubble tea in Saskatoon and can't wait until they get more machines in so orders come out faster.

Hello, I am a regular customer at your store and have always enjoyed your drinks and service. Unfortunately, during my last visit on [August, 30] today at 8:20 PM, I had a very disappointing experience. I ordered a Chatime Milk Tea without realizing that it does not automatically come with boba, and the staff member who took my order did not ask if I wanted to add it. When I picked up our drinks at 8:31 PM, I was shocked to find my drink had no boba. I politely asked if I could add it and said I was willing to pay, but the staff member refused and told me the store was closed. His response was very rude and disrespectful. Additionally, I had requested my drink to be made with 50% sugar, but it was not prepared as I asked. Even though I left a tip, my requests were completely ignored. Easily one of the worst customer service I've received. I asked to have 1 of the toppings replaced and willing to pay extra for the replacement. Upon receiving my order I noticed it wasn't as requested so I asked if it would be ok to adjust the drink and again said it would be ok if I had to pay extra. The girl that I spoke to told me to put the drink in the trash can that she held in front of my face, then slammed it down on the floor. Believe me she slammed it, not placed. I mean the other girl in store was scared too. So she went and make another drink for me, and guess what it wasn't as I asked for either.
