I recently visited Bar Burrito and I have to say, I was blown away by their exceptional customer service! From the moment I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The staff were knowledgeable about the menu and were able to answer all of my questions with a smile.

What really stood out to me was how accommodating and attentive the staff were to my needs. I have some dietary restrictions and the team at Bar Burrito were more than happy to help me customize my order to suit my needs. They even went above and beyond to ensure that my meal was prepared safely and without any cross-contamination.

Not only was the customer service outstanding, but the food was delicious as well. The burrito I ordered was packed with flavourful and fresh ingredients, and the portion size was generous. The restaurant itself was clean, well-maintained and had a great atmosphere.

Overall, I would highly recommend Bar Burrito to anyone looking for delicious Mexican food and exceptional customer service. The staff truly go above and beyond to ensure that their customers have a positive experience, and I will definitely be returning soon! Five...

I came in sometime last week in the early evening. Needless to say, I probably won't be back. The first thing, was that the restaurant was very understaffed. I waited about 10 minutes to get served because the one girl working there seemed completely overwhelmed by the small rush. I've been here a couple other times before and it seems to always be the case - that you're waiting forever just to get a single burrito. Besides, the front end looked very messy, and I noticed halfway while she was making my burrito the abundance of flies around my food and the vegetables. I almost wanted to walk out, but I felt too guilty to waste all of that food, so I bought it anyway. The girl that was working that evening didn't even seem bothered by the flies, which makes it seem like it's a common occurrence. The burrito tasted fine, great even, but I'm not sure if the hygiene at this restaurant is up to par, and certainly don't come here if you're in a rush because there's never more than one person...

Honestly I was excited to write this place a good review. I did not go in expecting to come out this happy with my experience! The person who helped us was extremely polite. He even took the time to refill the lettuce and guacamole so that I actually got a good amount instead of doing what subway does when they are low and just give you what tiny bit is left in the bucket and nothing more so they don't have to refill it yet. I also got a drink which had a bottle cap on it (not a twist off) and the employee asked if we wanting him to take the cap off for us, seems like an obvious thing to do but most places wouldn't care or even offer. I am so sad I didn't get the employee's name but he was wearing a green hat and was just a super polite and positive guy! AND THE FOOD WAS HOT I've never had a hot burrito from places like these. I will only come to this place for my burrito needs :) People like the workers here are the people that make the tipping button...
