Quite disappointing for a place that had such great reviews... I have a few things to say, so please read on to get a bite of this review action and at yeast let me slice this review out...

They did not give us our extra ranch, $2.50 lost there. Asked for extra sauce, they forgot to add it. Paid $6.00 for x2 Pineapple, complete negligence here. The pizza was, meh - just pizza, absolutely not worth the $68 something dollars for 1 15" and 1 13" pizza... In the special instructions, I asked for a drawing on the inside of my pizza box, to my surprise, on the inside of the box was written "No." - I found that extremely rude considering TJ's pizza is 2 for 2 on my drawing requests. I simply asked for a gang of possums robbing an ice cream truck to be drawn on the inside of my pizza box... this was the biggest disappointment in the whole pizza ordering experience at this place considering I paid money for things I did not get and the pizza was sub-par tasting too...

....because I am on a dough-roll here and this place is just a pizza work, y'all knead-to-know...

The person working there had the personality of the crust they make there, bland. I downloaded that app thing, to get points and $10 off my first order, the bland employee said he was not scanning it... I did not get $10 off my first order

Unfortunately, this American has to say, this is another pizza joint that bites the crust, it just...

A long overdue review from someone that doesn't usually write one. Their spaghetti with meat sauce and meat balls are the best in town, bar none. The spaghetti has the right firmness, the sauce is so delicious and goes great with the garlic toast.

The staff and the manager there really do and try their best to make you happy. Case #1: Earlier this year I placed an order via Skipthedishes and the driver didn't come after 1 hour, even though it was not the store's mistake, they made it right by making another order to send out.

Case #2: Just yesterday, I called for a free delivery order after receiving a promo email some days ago. The manager let me know ahead that their driver won't be in until 3 pm so I have to wait 50 mins, to which I was ok. At 3 pm, I called in to check on my order and the driver was no where to be seen due to snowing. The manager CLOSED THE WHOLE STORE AND MADE THE DELIVERY HIMSELF and only now, after looking at the original email again, do I realize that the free delivery promo actually expired a few days ago. This says a whole lot about the extra miles they are willing to go to take care of...

Update Jan 2023 - I decided to give them another try and ordered from here again. The pizza was excellent, Not sure what happened that one time but I have ordered from them a few times in the past few months and the pizza is always been great. Good amount of sauce, good toppings, friendly service.

ordered the Aloha pizza, double ham, double pineapple and added mushrooms, green pepper and red onions. Hadn't ordered for a few months and this pizza is really good, but it looks like they are skimping on the toppings, as other reviewers have said. It certainly does not look like double ham and pineapple and try to find the green pepper and mushrooms.. I had this pizza a few months ago and it was not the same. Check out the pics, does that look like double ham and pineapple? one slice of back bacon on the piece of pizza and no pineapple visible. Plus, it tastes like old grease. I have been a fan since they opened, but something has changed in the past few months, This is the first time I have ever thrown out leftovers...
