I was in the store at approx. 11:30 am on Thurs Feb. 27th for the very first time in this City. I usually go to Subway. The lady who took my order for a sub was venting that I was wanting my sauce after it was grilled. I told her sauce isn't supposed to be grilled and it should be put on after the sub is grilled. She told me my way was the improper way of making a sub. It shouldn't matter whether a person wants sauce on before or after it's grilled as Subway has never made that an issue in all these years past. I called her out for it as she was being very defensive and ignorant after I corrected her. Both of the women too were taking each others back too as I called the one woman out on it. Looking at these reviews here.. 5 negative reviews in a span of 3 weeks.. does the management not care or address these issues? These 2 woman should find a job elsewhere if they're not happy with their job because both of their attitudes was unacceptable and unprofessional for this franchise. Also they have very poor mannerisms as well. The other lady who didn't take my order decided to budge in and tell me that I'm being watched all because I called out that employee for lack of customer service and mannerisms. I would give 0 stars if I had the option to.

Reasons: I ordered two large Italian salami subs on Uber. The estimated delivery time shown by Uber is one hour, but in fact Mr. Sub took more than one hour to prepare the food. I can't understand why it takes an hour to prepare a simple sub? I can make 30 subs in an hour.
I can understand and forgive some special reasons that lead to long preparation time. When I tried to call Mr.Sub, a lady answered the phone, but when I asked her: Are we busy today? She chose to ignore and hung up the phone after I asked her three times.
Their food is also indescribable. The bread is dry and cold like the expired bread in the trash can of Walmart, and the vegetables are pitiful and not fresh. (This simple sub only has bread, salami, vegetables and sauce. I can't understand why it is made so slowly and badly)
In conclusion, if Mr.Sub's staff needs more training, then train them instead of asking customers to pay for it. If you don't want to starve yourself and end up with a bad sub, don't...

The first time I went to this location the woman working rang in the sub at full price and would not change it when I asked. The second time I went in the man only gave me the deal when I asked after he rang it in, and did not give me my change until asked for it. Today I went in and the same man rang the sub in for the correct price, but again I had to ask for my change. The customer service and quality of toppings are the reason for this poor review.
