The drinks are delicious, but the plastic cups are incredibly fragile. I poked my straw through the plastic top covering and the side of the cup split open. Thiz caused liquid to gush out the side.My drink was not replaced. Instead, the remaining liquid was poured into a new cup. I always enjoy the drinks here! I love gongcha, and since this place have opened it's been nice to have one close where I live. The drinks are really good! I usually order a drink with pudding as a topping instead of black pearls or jelly. Although on one instance the person taking my order told me that they can't/don't do that which confused me because I've always asked for it. Besides that this is a great store to buy drinks...
