UPDATE: this is honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any establishment. We ordered the largest bucket of chicken. We had to wait which we were happy with thinking we would get nice hot and fresh chicken! After waiting about 15 minutes our food was brought out. They forgot the sauces, no big deal we can in and got our sauces. We happily went on our way home. Once arriving home we realized our chicken was soggy, beyond greasy, almost slimy. We actually tried a few pieces before throwing it all away. I called the restaurant and was told I was lying. I was told the cook said it was good so I was wrong. They offered us a complimentary meal, I declined and explained that the last experience we had was not a good one. We decided to give it a second chance today, and it was actually worse the second time around. I told him that we do not wish to return to this location again. He said he would get his manager to call and issue a refund. 45 minutes later we get a call and the manager then insists I'm lying. In fact he says he's never had a chicken complaint yet. Which is a blatant lie if you take just 1 minute to read through their horrible reviews. So now I'm upset. I insist that we bought the biggest bucket of chicken and didn't finish one piece before tossing it. He proceeded with telling me the chicken is cooked in a pressure cooker and they can not touch the chicken, so there was no way it isn't cooked. I told him the chicken was soggy and slimy. I told him I worked at kfc for FOUR years in high school, and we venture to the 22nd one from time to time and have NEVER had chicken in this state. I at this point demanded a refund. To which he told me to bring back the chicken. The chicken that is LONG in the trash an hour before this conversation. The customer service in the drive through was bad. The manager is a blatant liar, the chicken comes undercooked or soggy and slimy, and then you're made out to be a lair after spending your hard earned money there. I'm an assistant manager at a near by store and I would NEVER allow this type of behavior. I don't think fast food customer service should be this bad compared to sales. Not to mention while serving disgusting quality food.
I'm so upset by the quality of my fries. So bad. Not KFC quality at all. I went JUST for a large fry, gravy and popcorn chicken just to get home to uncooked, unseasonably soggy fries. Read moreIt took 30 minutes just to place my delivery order online because pages wouldn't load, the website is horrible. The order was finally placed and arrived in good time, but they were out of 7up so they gave me Pepsi, and they were also out of the bread and switched it out for mac n cheese. I'm lactose intolerant. And so I started to eat the chicken breast and found a lung. The texture was absolutely disgusting, I could tell something was wrong as soon as I took a bite. I have a stomach ulcer therefore I'm supposed to eat frequently but I haven't eaten a single thing all day since this experience. I paid around $15 for this meal after delivery and tips and only ate the fries a bit of watery gravy, and some of this horrible chicken breast. I regret ordering from this KFC, and despite having a long history of eating KFC I don't think I will be eating from here ever again. Read moreWas just here to get chicken and asked for it to be cooked fresh. (Like we usually do) the store manager was beyound rude and condescending laugh in my face when i asked and proceeded to say we never do that. (Even though we have been going tbere for 2 years and have never had a problem with it before) she then demanded we tell her who was making fresh chicken for us and wanted a description??. We told her we just want our chicken fresh and she proceeded to say it was fresh only 1 hour old!!! And tbey could keep it for an hour and 6 min or something like that. I told ger that wasnt fresh that was only 6 min from being thrown out and in supposed to take it home and feed my family. Needless to say i didnt buy the chiken or appreciate tbe rudeness and laughing at paying customers and i might not ever buy it there again!!!
