Have you ever seen the show “Dude Where’s my Car?” Where the guy is ordering in a drive thru & the lady on the intercom always instantly replies “and then?” And it turns into a huge ordeal? Well, that is my experience at every single tim hortons lol. You don’t come here for the service I’ll tell you that. The donuts at all locations just seem way less fresh now than they used to be but the rest of the menu has improved which is cool to see. Tim Hortons is more so for people who need extremely quick drive thru coffee and don’t care about the customer service or quality. Caffeine is caffeine at that point lol. I will have to say, that the biggest thing that has turned me away from tim hortons (even happened at this exact location) is that when I order an iced coffee there is SO MUCH ICE that it takes up all the room in the cup and you get barely any coffee. So when ordering I ask them to put the ice on the side….. and they do…. But then hand me a barely 3/4 full cup??? I ask them to fill it up please as I asked for a large coffee and this is poured slightly over halfway full. THEY ABSOLUTELY REFUSE!? What? That’s ridiculous. As a pay customer who is paying for a large iced coffee, YALL billion dollar chain franchise can absolutely afford to fill it to the top. Not stopping at the line on the cup. It would have been the slightest amount of coffee in the grand scheme of things and quite frankly I’m not paying $3 for a 1/4 empty cup lol. So between the horrible customer service at almost every single location I have been to in the last 5 years, stale donuts & being too greedy to actually fill up a coffee cup that I paid to drink & just have ice on the side - I would much rather go to Starbucks. The cost of basic coffee compared to Tim’s is comparable but it is a completely different environment. They ask how my day is, they give customers dogs “puppicinos” which is a tiny cup with whipped cream, they have an awesome rewards program with daily deals AND they have absolutely no problem filling the coffee to the line it should be (at the TOP) while still giving me my ice on the side. Tim Hortons is going to go down like Robin’s...
Read moreMy friend went into the tim hortons on 3134 Clarance ave south in Saskatoon Saskatchewan to get me some lunch. I gave her one of my offers for a grilled cheese melt and iced cap for $7 plus tax. She asked for bacon added and they didn’t add it. The melt was cold and not melted all the way through. The manager was an older lady with brown hair and no name tag. I asked her if i could possibly get a new melt with bacon added, i even offered to pay for the bacon they didn’t add or even a refund. She was very passive aggressive and refused to give me a new melt and continued to argue that the sandwich looked perfectly fine. There was definitely a language barrier between us but she was acting very rude and arrogant. I did not want to cause a scene while she was giving me attitude and then proceeded to say that she was the manager. I left and threw the melt out. I called to get her name and I asked how to spell it and she said “do you not know how to spell” with extreme attitude. Her name was Anastasia. I did not get a refund, it was only $7.77 and i’m usually not one to complain or start a scene over something so silly. This is how employees are treating customers and not giving them minimal customer service. I just wanted my melt bruh. I cannot give you a 0, so i...
Read moreWent through the drive through tonight. Sounded like the girl taking our order was more interested I what her work buddies were doing as she was laughing inappropriately and not paying attention to what we we're saying. We asked for a medium blackberry yuzu, 10 tidbits, a maple dip, and a Boston cream. She informed us that they were out of Boston cream. No problem, we'll have a chocolate dip instead. So we get to the cashier, and she says oh what size drink did you want? Oh and we don't have chocolate dip, how about a double chocolate. Sure we say, just wanting to get going already. It was frustrating thinking that she should have listened while we gave our order instead of having to clarify at the cashier. So we get our order, get home and there are only 8 tidbits, and the drink is watery and not flavorful like usual. I go to this Tim's a lot, and am usually very happy with the staff, nd the products, but this girl tonight was just not a good representative of...
