This is a fantastic new iteration of Pink Cadillacs. They still have the same menu, but they've turned this one into a VLT lounge, so now you can enjoy your burger while being entertained by the drunks wandering out from the VLT area. They also added extra challenges to make the front of house staff up their skill level, as they get to try to balance serving tables while alternating between pouring drinks for the VLT drunks and fixing a malfunctioning VLT machine that makes a constant, high pitched alarm sound on a regular basis. Kara is a very capable waitress and the food was great! The night we came in she was handling the place alone and managed to touch all the tables and even call some of the regulars by name. She never appeared flustered but managed each table calmly and efficiently. Makes you appreciate what a talented waitress can do. I love a good corned beef with sauerkraut sandwich and the Big Bopper with yam fries was perfection. Lovely Saturday family lunch. We all 5 thoroughly enjoyed our meals & the wonderfully friendly & very efficient service by Manager Lyndsay. Our drinks: Rootbeer, 2 coffees, a Pink Lady & a C.C.
