KOOKO'S PIZZA — Restaurant in Saskatoon

I was a big fan of Kooko's Pizza and I have been a regular customer since its opening. In fact, I sent lot of my friends to Kooko Pizza Shop as I believed it was the best pizza in Saskatoon But for last few months I felt that the quality is going down. Cheese is replaced by some kind of cheap pizza sauce which is little bit sweet and chicken pieces converted into chicken chips. Anyhow, I started ordering extra cheese and light souse which make things little bit better but now couple of time their chef/cook started flooding it with nasty sweet sauce in spite of my request to keep souse light. I am living in East side of town and round trip to Kooko Pizza is about 17 km. On complains, I was offered the substitute one but it is practically impossible for me to go back and get another one. It look like there is lot of miscommunication between the front end and kitchen staff or may be person taking my order is not understanding what I am saying. Please improve the quality and hire some good staff with good communication skills. Otherwise you might lose your good customers who travel from other end...

On April 14th and 15th I've walked across the street and ordered a small Peperoni pizza for lunch while on my break. It has been $10 each day for that pizza as shown in my photo of my bank statement

Today I ordered delivery since my bosses were not in, so I could not leave to walk over. I got my small Peperoni and added a second small pizza as well. Except this time when my receipt arrived it said each pizza was $15 now ?

Not sure why I'm being charged extra when the last 2 days I wasn't?

Won't be ordering from here again due to their inconsistent pricing.

Edit: Thank you for your response, however I was told it was free delivery. Charging more per item because someone is ordering delivery vs pickup is not free delivery, you guys just put the delivery free on the items instead of a separate charge. Scammy and gross. When they started the business about a year ago, they served us all really well.

Lots of topping, tasty food.

Year in business, now they are not about customer and more about revenue and cost savings.

The Pizza barely have any toppings.

Order Donair Pizza and they will sprinkle some donair meat on top.

Order Banana Peppers and each slice will have 1 BANANA PEPPER.

They are being super frugal with their toppings.

However, they used to load up the pizza with toppings and set our expectations.

NO MORE KOOKOs.

PLEASE ORDER CHEESE Pizza only because if you will order any other pizza that needs toppings your pizza will still look like a cheese pizza with some toppings served by accident.

POOR QUALITY - Pizza Competition in Saskatoon is high.
