McDonald's — Restaurant in Saskatoon

Check your food before you leave! The "cooks" are incompetent and clearly can't read. The self serve kiosks don't have paper in the printer. When your order is wrong the very rude cashier who by the way was not wearing a uniform will be rude about you not having a receipt even though I told her when I grabbed my order that the machine did not print one. I got out to my vehicle, opened my food and saw that they forgot to put the meat in my burger... I just got a bun and condiments. After going back in and standing in line for a very long time the first question she asked was "what time did you order this?" And she kept repeating it. As if she was accusing me of taking the meat off of it myself.

By the time I finally got the right burger my fries were ice cold. I didn't dare waste more time going back in about that.

I wish I could give less than 1 star!

I did not want ro eat in because the last time I did the dining room was very dirty.

Always dirty and gross in there plus from what everyone tells me they NEVER get orders right. Then I experienced it (not the first time either) they messed up my simple oder twice. A McDouble with no cheese and extra pickles. There was cheese so I took it back they fixed it but we’re kinda rude about it. Terrible customer service. Like we are paying for your food and service so if your not gunna give it to us we have the right to complain. Then I got out to my vehicle for the second time and there was no pickles. They never get their orders right and they even have a thing for it online for you to get a free meal cuz they mess up on orders that much like I’m sorry how hard is it to read off a screen?? Put in an effort to do it right! weather you like it or not, it’s literally your job!! Always check your bags before you leave if your getting to go. I know I’ll just be avoiding it here at all costs...

I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this place. A extremely intoxicated aboriginal man harassing me and others for money in front of the manager. I witnessed the cleaning guy wipe the seats and tables with the same cloth. Nothing like spreading potential fecal matter on eating surfaces, but the other day , at 5:46 pm I go for a bite while waiting for my Rx. The eating area had garbage overflowing, tables near the garbage became the place to leave your trays. It wasn't too busy. Literally zero reason for it to be so dirty. I waited for a half hour until someone started to clean up. It's the manager. Whenever she's there it's a mess. It's the lady who parts her hair and has it pulled into a low ponytail. I've called corporate office because my complaints have fallen...
