I am writing to express my disappointment with the Mc Donald Preston customer service experience I recently encountered at your establishment.
On December 11 th 2023 , my 8-year-old son and I visited your restaurant, expecting a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately, we were met with a situation that left us quite dismayed. When my son requested a glass of water from Manager “Anna “at counter , we were surprised when the she outright refused his request. I asked her we will pay then she doesn’t have any option to accept the payment for water . This incident not only made us feel unwelcome but also raised concerns about the basic hospitality standards at your restaurant. As a loyal customer, I believe that every guest, regardless of age, should be treated with courtesy and provided with essential amenities like water.
I understand that lapses can occur, and I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement. It is my sincere hope that you address this matter promptly and take steps to ensure that such incidents do not reoccur in the future.

However, during one visit I asked for some ketchup, and instead of being treated politely, I received a very rude expression from one of the employees.she is tall , thin and wearing glasses . Not only these time but I asked her once that I want to purchase a spicy habanero .at that time I ordered fries and I just asked her that is it free or I have to pay ? She replied very rudely and with negative attitude.I also worked for McDonald for around 6 months and never treated customers like that before.
It was extremely unprofessional and disappointing to be treated that way over something as simple as ketchup. Customers should never feel uncomfortable or disrespected for making a basic request.
I hope management addresses this issue seriously, as respectful customer service is just as important as the food...

If your location is different than other McDonald’s, it’s fine by me, but she can’t say that I was lying and checking my receipts from other stores, as well as my phone. I showed her the flyer already, She said it wasn’t true. After I complained about that, she explained “not true for all stores” if she trusted me then after I showed her the flyers she still wanted to check my receipts from other stores? What was the reason she said that she is the one who post the flyers, she has never seen anything! And she could at least be polite while saying it!
