we use this location all the time, as it is placed very conveniently on our way home from work, last night we went there, to pick up food for everyone, ended up being a forty dollar order, and as a large order you would expect it to take a little while to get put into the system, the person at the drive through seemed extremely new, and kept telling us what our total was, several times before our order was finished, we had to reiterate many times what we wanted because they didn't listen to us, they also told us to wait a moment twice, and went away from the mic, after we finally got our order through, three vehicles that had been behind us in the line had gone into the other drive through lane and been gone. When we got up to the window to pay, the person there read us our order and it sounded correct, so we paid, pulled up to the next window and, the person there handed us a small drink, when we asked why she was doing that, she made an audible sigh, and told us we didnt pay for a large, we said we asked for upsize on both of our combo's, and we asked did the fries get upsized, and she said yes, and then she took the drink and went two feet from the window and told the other staff there the "oh god she's yelling at me" when we had not raised our voices at all, then she came back with my drink, practically threw it at us, and walked away, when she came back we asked for mcchicken sauce, because that stuff is delicious, and they ignored us, we asked again after we had all of our food and four packs landed inside the car, we could not believe that we had just had stuff thrown at us from someone who is supposed to serve us, I have worked in the food industry and you sometimes hear of the opposite, customers throwing stuff at us, but, never the person being paid to do a task doing the throwing, when we got home, most of the order was correct, to our surprise, unfortunately, one of the burgers (quarter pounder with cheese) had NO CHEESE on it, just a dollop of ketchup, it was the most pitiful burger i'd ever seen, so, this location has lost our business, with staff like that, next time we might find something worse...
Read moreHorrible horrible experience. We went to this location because of the play place and we were in the area. The floors in the play place were so dirty that it turned my kids socks black so Iâm sure the rest of the slide and play place has never been cleaned.
I went to the bathroom and was so disgusted by what I saw. Basically it looked like the bathrooms havenât been cleaned for months. There was mud and debris all over the floor. The sinks were filthy. The soap dispensers were empty and I couldnât get the hand dryers to work. When I was leaving the bathroom, a man stopped me and asked for toilet paper cuz the menâs washroom was completely out. I canât imagine what their washroom looked like..
The restaurant itself was disgusting and filthy too. The floors looked like they havenât been mopped in weeks. Most of the tables were dirty. The bar counter where you get the drinks were full of sticky old spills and ketchup. There were no cups to fill up with ketchup. I wanted to sanitize my hands before touching lids for the drinks but the hand sanitizer dispenser was empty.
I was very upset and appalled by this all. If they keep their restaurant in this disgusting manner, can you imagine what the kitchen is like where they cook everyoneâs food?? I complained to the manager and she blew me off not acknowledging my concerns and just said someone will come and clean the bathroom soon and never did.
Back in high school, I used to work at McDonaldâs at the Kenderdine location. Ppl were assigned to clean the bathrooms, lobby and floors religiously and the managers made sure that the restaurant they were running was clean for the people. I donât know if itâs management running this location or what but every McDonaldâs franchise has a reputation to uphold and this really puts them to shame and itâs disgraceful. Im taking this further up as I feel so bad for the young families and good people that come here. I hope it makes...
