The new staff need more training. The previous couple that ran this place did an exceptional job were a delight to talk with and prepared the food very well.

The last few experiences I have had here have gone poorly

Today I asked for a teriyaki crunch donair, the staff member cut the meat and warmed it on the grill first, then once the meat was done began on the pita, the meat was entirely cold by the point of serving. The container for carrots was nearly empty, and instead of refilling it, she just dumped all of 4 carrots slices on my meal and moved on.

The amount of sauce this woman put on this donair was actually hilarious, she emptied 1/2 of the tazsiki bottle onto it, and nearly did the same with the teriyaki and bang bang sauce until I said something.

Did not wrap the donair properly, ate it like a salad because it could not roll up, and the entire thing was soggy from being drenched. She did not bag it either and it leaked through the store and into my vehicle

Never going back. The individual who was working obviously has no concept of Food Safe practices. I went in with the family to get donairs and the employee who was working couldn’t understand what my order was. He just looked at me like I was speaking another language. After explaining multiple times what the first item was he put it on the grille and Door Dash came in. He gives the order to the courier, handles the cash register and the tablet, and goes to handle the food again without changing his gloves. Super disappointing customer service. I went in on a Tuesday because I saw a deal advertised on the sign outside: small donair for 5.99 on Sundays and Tuesdays. So I go inside, order a small donair, and tap my debit card before I realized the total amount was 9.98 and I had overpaid. When I asked about the deal on the sign outside, I was told "the deal only gets applied when the customers asks at the time of ordering", and they would not give me a refund/price correction. I left the place a little mad, because the reason I went in was for the deal. In the end, the donair I got was sub-par. The meat was super dry and wasn't hot, or even very warm at all.
