Greek House Restaurant — Restaurant in Saskatoon

Great deals on food and drinks in both restaurant and lounge (Dion's Lounge).

The food is great for the price and the specials provide a healthy portion.

Great staff in lounge (bartenders and wait staff) & restaurant, also a friendly owner. Fairly clean establishment (except on busy Friday/Saturday night or Karaoke nights).

However, just a note the lounge's men's washroom lighting is dim at best (bring your cellphone torch light, hope you're dexterous as well it's slippery in there sometimes, not sure why, don't ask me as I don't know or even want to know why *sigh). Also, I can't speak to the women's bathroom as I have never been in there... perhaps another 'person's' review will shed light on that (or the possible lack there of if that's the case).

I have been there several times when visiting friends and family when coming back to Saskatoon from Calgary and each time they deliver consistent service, great food and overall value.

My family and friends that live in Saskatoon go there regularly due to great overall experience.

Only one other thing and that is the area out front... there are many 'undesirable' types in the evening which is understandable for the area and businesses across the street, however this was out of the establishment's control so just be wary that in the day it is nice but the evening is questionable at best.

This restaurant doesn't even deserve a 1 star review. From the moment we sat down the waitress was very snippy and rude. We waited an a bit for our food which was whatever but when only some of our party reserved their food (13 people) we patiently waited a bit longer. Waitress came by asked if we needed anything (Thinking Ketchup, refill kinda thing) still waiting for food. Finally asked about it and got told " well I asked if you were missing anything" turns out the computer went down or something and some of our orders didn't go through. So without asking if the 5 people at the table with no food ordered (which she knew we all did) she just didn't say anything. So 30mins later finally get 2 more party peoples food. Finally gave up on 3 of our meals and left without eating. And we still had to pay the full price for our food with no offer to make things right. Hands down the worst worst customer service I have EVER experienced!!! Will never return. Worst 200$ ever spent. Didn't even get any...

So we ordered for delivery, we ordered 2 larges pizza's one was Greek and the other was meat loves. They told us an 45 mins for delivery. It took 70 mins for delivery of the pizza's and when I opened the greek pizza box , the box had been pushed into the pizza and the toppings where stuck to the top of the box and the pizza it self was cold. So i opened the meat lovers pizza it looked OK but cold. I gave Greek house a call and told them what had happen, they put me on hold and said they had to talk to someone I waited 7 mins and she came back on the line and said they have to call the manager and they would have to call me back. 20 mins later they call back and said that there was nothing they could do, but give me a salad next time i ordered. Well if this is the best customer service that they can provide i will never order from them again and tell everyone I know not to order from there for delivery again. I give them 1 out of 10 for service and...
