2 stars in regards to the menu item 'grilled chicken'. Very deceptive to show a picture of grilled chicken breast sliced in strips as compared to the actual product. The chicken is mushy processed formed cubes with a slight grill mark on them. This is one of the lowest quality formed chicken products I have ever seen. I am not exaggerating when I say that I can put the formed chicken product between my tongue and roof of mouth and easily pop it into a mushy explosion that quickly disintegrates. Deliver what is pictured on the store menu or take down the menu photos. We put up with pressed chicken parts products everywhere but this product is so extreme I advice you to not eat it. Made it right! First off, I love taco time.. When ordering any take-out, most everyone knows the feeling of getting home to find out the order was not correct. This was the case when I ordered a Taco salad a few days ago, I opened the box to find it was not what I had ordered. I was frustrated and had a small "Karen" moment where I emailed the restaurant to complain. Within a day I received a reply back from the owner - sincerely apologizing and saying there would be a taco salad under my name when I wanted it. Well, that was today.. and it was super fresh and delicious! We went through drive thru yesterday and it looked like this young man was new at this restaurant. Which is fine everyone needs to learn for sure. I had asked him how do you use the rewards? Like I ask every time I go there. But it seems like no one knows how to use them. This is not the only location!! But this young girl comes up behind him and shows him how to do it!!
