Made a delivery order on March 4, 2024 for around $46.00 and never received my order due to door dash sent me a text stating "your delivery has been cancelled. please reach out to press'd crossing north directly for more information." So i tried calling that location and there was no answer. I assumed the location was busy so i decided to drive there. When i arrived at the location, the place was closed as I read the hours of operations states 11am to 9pm Monday to Sundays? I arrived there at 8:30pm. So I took it upon myself to leave a voicemail at that location asking for a refund which i never received a call nor my refund. Then i finally reached out to them at the same location by phone and the gentleman explaining never made any sense to me so i hung up. In closing i got ripped off $46.00 for something i never received. I have tried to find the contact email on Pressed Sandwich Website to file a complaint but to no success. I will never order anything from this location or any other Pressed Sandwich locations...
Read moreMy experience here was absolutely awful. I had a $25 gift card that was NEVER used and when I went to pay for my meal the card was not working. Instead of the employee helping/accommodating me she looked at me blankly and said, "It just won't work." I was forced to pay for my meal with cash and she did not offer to help solve the problem with the gift card. The wrap that I ordered was COLD when it should've been warm, and there was so much sauce on it that I physically could not eat it without gagging and had to throw away over half of it. I would have gone to the employee and asked for a refund but I was already completely appalled at the lack of customer accommodation and rudeness that she displayed towards me. I will most definitely NEVER come back here and would not recommend it to anyone who wants decent service and customer accommodation. I am VERY dissatisfied with this establishment, if I could give zero stars...
Read moreTerrible customer service. This location has zero communication with there customers. I specially told them when I ordered that I want to put a few vegetables on the Stampeders steak sandwich. Being the only customers in the store it took 3 guys ten minutes to make my sandwich and then they handed it to me without asking what vegetables I wanted. I asked what happened, why didn’t they communicate with me and I was told this location doesn’t add anything to the sandwiches and they are menu specific. That’s bogus because I’ve been eating pressed sandwiches for years and have always added vegetables to my sandwiches. I will never ever go to this location again. Terrible manors, terrible customer service I will not be a pressed customer any more. You lost me as customer and I will tell everyone...
