Starbucks — Restaurant in Saskatoon

Went to the Starbucks at Sobeys on 8th to buy 2 iced matcha lattes. Ordered one half sweet and the barista was very condescending about my order to the other very nice barista. She complained about my modification (half sweet) and said she was not trained to make it but also did not want help from her supervisor. She made the drinks wrong so I asked for them for be remade and then she tried to justify why she made it the way she did (she filled one half sweet in the cup, the other cup normal, then blended them both together in the same blendrlee and poured them into the two cups) at the same time as all of this this employee was very rude to her supervisor refusing help and advice. This experience was just very uncomfortable and I'm fully aware the iced matcha recipe has changed which is why I ordered it how i did but she seemed to be unaware and unwilling to accommodate for this...

This location (Sobey's on 8th Street Varsity Comman)is an amazing place to stop for your Starbucks fix. They are super friendly and make a wonderful cup of coffee. I'm very disappointed that I'm not able to purchase the Hazelnut Flavored Syrup anymore.I have bought it for the last 15 years to put in my coffee at home. They told me that you sell the vanilla & Carmel now and not the Hazelnut Flavored Syrup because it does not have a skew.I think this is outrageous and has no reasoning.
