I am a Starbucks regular but I only go to this location when I am leaving the gym for convenience. However, I have had only one good experience ( I wish I remembered his name). Most of the time they do not acknowledge me even when I am the only customer at the pick up counter (I mostly do mobile orders) and even when they are not doing anything (this location keeps the mobile orders out of reach most of the time). They have botched my drinks multiple times and they are not complicated, they are drinks straight off the menu with no modifications. I also double check my mobile orders to ensure they go through/ have the right location and I have had to ask them multiple times for whether they received my mobile order. Instead of looking they just say "no, are you sure you did it right". I then have to pull it up. They then "find" it and it's usually already put on a cup, just no one had bothered to make it. First time at this location a few days ago and was trying a new drink. they were very busy and the wait time was quite long, predictably. the drink itself looked quite underfilled (an iced machiatto with foam), and when I inquired as to why it looked only 3/4 full, a barista informed me that the drink starts to look like that after it "sits for a few minutes" (although I had no idea that it had been sitting there as I had never heard my name called and had already checked the counter twice for my drink). I thought it was peculiar but took it, and declined her offer to make me a new one regardless (if its esthetics only, I dont care). About 10 minutes later, a supposed supervisor/manager came over and handed me a new drink, one size up, and a cookie, as an apology for the drink. I was definitely pleasantly surprised at the generosity as I had already declined a re-make. Nevertheless, the drinks were both tasty and the cookie was delicious.
