Absolutely the worst Starbucks Iâve ever been to. The drive-thru was lined up, so I went inside. I ordered my drink at 10:17 am on October 13th. I waited until 10:45 am to receive my drink, and ONLY because I asked twice. Meanwhile, others who ordered after me received theirs. I even brought this up to the staff, and only then, after mentioning it a second time, did the younger guy with longer hair make it right away.
I then asked one of the workers who wasnât doing anything at the front for a sticker for my drink. I explained the experience I just had and mentioned that, at another Starbucks, I was given a $5 gift card for waiting without even asking. I asked if they do something like that, and she replied, âNo, we do.â And that was it. There was nothing to make my experience right or anything. I said, âWow, thatâs it, hey? Nothing to make it better?â I said, âOkay, Iâll write a one-star review.â I will also be contacting customer service, because after my experience today, I would rather boycott Starbucks. This was a joke and TERRIBle...
Read moreThis has always been the slowest Starbucks in the city, and they have a tendency to get orders wrong, making the service even more slow. Today my boyfriend and I were in while the store was not very busy (only a couple of tables full, no line) ordered drinks, and waited for fifteen minutes. We approached the counter and asked if they would be ready soon, and had to tell them what we wanted a second time because nothing had been written down, much less filled. After waiting another ten minutes, the person we had spoken to was no longer behind the counter, and our drinks had not STILL been made or recorded anywhere. We spoke to someone else and it took them ten more minutes to make our order, and my boyfriend's drink was wrong. We left and I will not be going back until this location is under new management or has different practices, because this is RIDICULOUS.
Get it together, guys. You've been open for a few years at this point and you shouldn't STILL...
Read moreI am a loyal Starbucks customer. My last visit to this store gave me a bad experience.
While I was enjoying my coffee, suddenly a piece of paper floated into my line of sight. Upon careful observation, I discovered that it was a Starbucks employee who threw a piece of paper under a customer's high table, Just to say hi? The "garbage" was not promptly removed afterwards. Even I left store, still not picked up.
I was extremely shocked. Because for so many years, I have always believed in the quality of Starbucks and environmental hygiene. I don't understand why this employee did this. It's very unprofessional.
If I remember correctly, it should be a tall male employee who wears glasses. I'm not sure what his name is, maybe something like Em. This has changed my impression of this store. I hope Starbucks can provide good education on employee...
