Subway — Restaurant in Saskatoon

I am not one to complain about food or service but I need to say this. I visited this shop today and ordered a sandwich. While the employee was attending to me, other customers walked into the shop. He put my bread in the toaster and proceeded to attend to another customer. The customer wanted to talk to the manager. The manager seemed to be outside in his car so the employee left to call the manager. He went out, touched the doors, went to the managers car, talked to him, opened the doors and came back inside. When he came in he touched the POS system to look for something. HE NEVER CHANGED HIS GLOVES throughout the process. He then proceeded to take my sandwich from the toaster and used the dirty gloves to pick the vegetables right onto my sandwich. He wrapped my sandwich and punched it in the system. He then got a call and he picked it up with the same gloves which I’m sure he used again to serve the next customer in line. Please educate your staff that gloves are not a substitute for hand hygiene. What he did was very bad. The amount of germs that is being transferred unto people’s food is unimaginable. Don't order from this subway, it's an argument about what I'm allowed on my sub every time I've gone here. I've been told that they are only allowed to put a certain amount on each sandwich. For instance, I like extra spinach, they put a light amount, I ask for more, they literally put two more pieces on it. Ive even told them, if they need to charge me a bit extra so I can get the sub I want, that I'd be OK with that, they denied to do that as well, and insist that they can only put on a certain amount of each veg. I've never had this happen at any other subway, to be denied what I want or how I want my food. Any other place, when asking for extra spinach, they load it on, this place no, they count how many pieces they put...

So I love subway rice bowls. I only order that. Normally I will go in to place an order but today I decided to order and let my meal be delivered. Used Skip as delivery. So this is my problem ordering for delivery. Overloaded with rice but hardly any veggies or meat. I had like 2 leaves of spinach and 2 half slices of cucumber. Almost full bowl of rice. A sprinkle of parmasan on there and a dash of suace. I was looking forward to my rice bowl today but was fairly dissapointed.
