Sept 23/25 I ordered two sandwiches at around 5pm and I didn’t open them until about 6:45pm. When I opened my sandwich and took a bite a notice a live bug in the wrapper that was underneath the part I just ate. I called the store and spoke to Dariel and he kindly informed me I could bring both sandwiches back (the one I opened and the unopened one) and said that if I wanted I could have them both replaced. When I got to the store with the sandwiches Dariel grabbed two ladies from the back who inspected my sandwich and looked in it even though I mentioned it wasn’t in the sandwich but had been underneath it. They couldn’t find it, it’s possible it got out of the packaging when I was at home. And they asked if the other sandwich was okay and I said it wasn’t opened. One of the ladies said to keep the unopened one and they’d remake the other. The other lady then remake my sandwich with extra caution and gave it me. I am very happy to have gotten a remake don’t get me wrong, but I was hoping to have the other remade just incase it was also contaminated and since Dariel said it was okay. Also I did not receive a single apology in person or on the phone. I work in food service so I understand that flies are pesky things and sometimes stuff like this happens, but it would’ve been nice to hear an “I’m/we’re very sorry...

I watched an employee cough into her gloves then proceed to go grab vegetables to put on someone’s sandwich, I stopped her before she could touch them and she gave me the dirtiest look. When she washed and put new gloves on the first thing she did was tuck her hair behind her ears and I corrected her again that she needed to change her gloves. Then she went to take the persons money with the gloves still on, handed her the change and then went to go grab vegetables without replacing her gloves!!! I’m sorry but the staff need to have their food safety certificates or more training. That was gross. Read moreMy family and I came to this subway after the gym to get four subs. There was a man and woman working and the man was very kind, the woman on the other hand was way too pushy with our orders. She was rushing us and being too abrupt with making our subs. There was no one behind us in the line and the store wasn’t near closing time so I don’t understand what the rush was. I didn’t appreciate her attitude and neither did my family. She should learn how to be more present with her customers and thorough. Felt very over stimulated for the 10 minutes we were there.
