I have been a regular customer at the Taco Bell on 22nd Street for over a year now, and I can confidently say this location has consistently impressed me in every way. From day one, the cleanliness of the restaurant stood out. The dining area, counters, and even the washrooms are always well-maintained and spotless. It’s clear that the team here takes pride in keeping the place welcoming, and that makes a big difference compared to other fast-food restaurants I’ve visited.
The staff at this location are some of the friendliest people I’ve ever come across in the fast-food industry. They greet you with a smile, treat you with respect, and genuinely care about making sure you have a great experience. Over the past year, I’ve had the pleasure of being served by several different team members, and I’ve noticed that every single one of them shows the same positive energy and customer-first attitude. As a regular, it’s nice to feel recognized and appreciated when I walk through the door.
Another thing I truly value is how quick and efficient they are with orders. Whether I’m dining in, picking up, or using the drive-thru, my food is always prepared fast without sacrificing quality. Even during peak hours when the restaurant is packed, the team works together seamlessly to keep the line moving. Not only do they get the orders right, but they also make sure the food is hot, fresh, and well-prepared. That consistency is what keeps me coming back.
I also want to mention how helpful the staff are. If I ever have a question about the menu or want to customize something, they are patient, polite, and make sure I get exactly what I’m looking for. It’s that kind of customer care that transforms Taco Bell 22nd Street from just another fast-food stop into a place I actually look forward to visiting.
After being a loyal customer here for a year, I can honestly say this is one of the best Taco Bell locations I’ve ever been to. The management and staff should be proud of the environment they’ve created—clean, friendly, efficient, and truly customer-focused. Thank you for setting such a high standard and for making every visit a positive one. I look forward to many more years of being a...
Read moreArrived to pick up my order which I placed through skip and arranged to pick up myself. When I arrived the restaurant was locked even though they we’re supposed to be open. I saw my order on the counter and a man sweeping up near the window, so I knocked on the window and showed him my pick up screen on the skip app. The man didn’t bother coming to the door but instead mentioned with his hands that I should use the drive through. The issue was I had walked to the restaurant and so had no car. The drive though was very busy and I didn’t want to risk walking around a bunch of cars. I pointed to the door and he opened it but wouldn’t let me in. I asked for my food and he locked the door and left me standing outside in the cold. I waited for several minutes while he was doing something and saw my food had been sitting on the counter likely getting cold. I saw him come from the back and start sweeping again so I banged on the window again. He heard me but refused to acknowledge me. I tried calling from my cell and nobody would pick up, it just kept ringing. So I started banging on the window and wouldn’t stop until he acknowledged me. I asked him if they could please remake the food since it had been so long. He didn’t say if they could but left me standing in the cold even longer. After several minutes and no sign of my food I left and contacted skip. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received at any restaurant. Thankfully skip refunded in full and we ordered wow...
Read moreThe manager Niyatia is incredibly rude every time I go there. This person is very snobby, assumes they are always right, and has a very miserable attitude. We asked for a “blue freeze drink” because we didn’t know the name of it and when this person repeated it back in the driveway intercom we couldn’t understand. It was muffled, this person was talking too fast, and we felt rushed. We got to the window and explained to this person that we had a free chips and cheese from a while ago from a mistake on a previous order and this person started grilling us. I told this person that it should be written down somewhere but they didn’t bother looking anywhere. This person finally honoured it but then when they handed us the drink it wasn’t the freeze (slushy) one. We tried to explain that to them but they just kept denying that we asked for the freeze version. They just kept saying “I repeated it, I repeated it” I told them, “we couldn’t understand though” and then she said “Oh My God!” Then decided to change the drink but said no cheese on the side for the chips because the freeze drink is an up-charge. Unreal. Never ever going there again. I’m not sure how she’s a manager or in customer...
