3 of us ordered different meals ,staff had to ask bout 1 meal after we paid once our food was ready we discovered that they had given us the smaller size of mexifriesand not the large that we had ordered.while eating we again discovered that 1 of the burritos was wrong, went and got that replaced with the right one. After dealing with all the mistakes I finally started to eat, it was then that I discovered that my order was wrong too.went to exchange and was met with a snappy remark from the girl working the counter.was told what we had ordered ,which as wrong ,had to correct her with my receipt. So as you can imagine I was not Interested in eat after my order was finally gotten right.will have to think about whether to ever return to this location.out of a 5 star rating this visit Was barley a 1.

I’m leaving this review mainly for a supervisor named Chris, but it applies to everyone including the store owner/manager. I have been coming to this location for some time now, I live in the north end and it’s close. When you walk in your feeling like “family”, the staff welcomes you by your name and your order is already up on the tray, you just need to pay. Pam and Karis who works evenings when I show up is very friendly and welcoming, she does a wonderful job of remembering one’s order. Food taste, freshness, appearance is always perfect. The restaurant itself is still looking like I remember they used to back in the day and it’s a warm feeling when you walk in. I am always impressed with this location. The food is always hot and the staff are super friendly. This is the only Taco Time in the city I eat at now because I have never had a less than perfect experience here. The store is always very clean and looks extremely organized in the back. My coworker and I were in today and we commented on how exceptionally run this place always is. We were really impressed with how they are handling the COVID situation. There was no question about where you should be or what you should be doing. The staff were VERY friendly and kept everyone sure about where they should wait. The cleanliness of the store and sanitizer locations were readily available and very reassuring. We also saw the owner cleaning very frequently while we were eating.
