Went in with my son yesterday to buy him his first better quality RC. The selection was okay but not that impressive and the staff were mostly dismissive. I felt like we were inconveniencing them in some way. Instead of answering our questions about a hobby grade beginners model they made jokes about low end starter kits in the $1000 price range. While I know that it's easy to spend a grand or more on some of these units (Some of the construction RC Equipment we've messed with is well over $5000 per machine) I also know that you can get into a pretty decent customizable beginners setup for around $200. I did learn that they're sold out on several units so the inventory was lower than normal. Fair enough I will give them that one. These people were super friendly and helpful with me and my son. I bought him a TRAXXAS 2WD RC and brought it home charged the battery and away he went in training mode, drained the battery and uh oh, it would not charge again! with some trouble shooting they helped us out a few different ways and ended up being a faulty charger from factory (just our luck as i can't make it there during the week due to work) so he had a $400 paper weight until i could get back there to remedy this issue, no issues at all and every staff member involved was knowledgeable or helpful in some way.
