Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Saskatoon

We stopped in here for a late lunch, the place was almost empty. Drive thru was not busy. The girl who took our order was so nice, and she also had to prepare the whole order herself also even though we counted at least 5 other employees. We went to sit down and there wasn't one clean table in the entire place. There was also a large wet spilled drink across the whole walkway to one area of the restaurant. Looked like it had been there a while already. I thought maybe they didn't know so I politely asked the employee who was clearing garbages if he knew there was a spilled drink at the other end, and he looked at me with a dead blank stare and said 'yeah'. And kept staring at me like i did something to offend him. So I uncomfortably sat down and waited for my husband to join me. We ate our lunch, and that employee disappeared and the spilled drink never did get cleaned up by the time we left. You would expect the safety of the customers to be priority over clearing garbages, but I guess not at this store. The food was really great and a 5 star goes to girl who took and made our order. 0 stars to the "not my job"...

Waited...and waited...and observed a spider spin a whole web on their dusty fake plant....or that's what it felt like...as the line built up behind me. I waited about 8 minutes to be served. They were clearly understaffed but focusing on the drive through only. When I got my bacon belt it was acceptable though hastily thrown together such that had to be readjusted and compressed to make sure it stayed together and the London fog was hot and creamy but way too sweet. Not the workers fault they were struggling to re load the coffee machines and cook food and serve so many people, they did their best and weren't rude and looked confused when asking if I'd been helped and said no. Management/owner clearly doesn't know how to schedule, shouldn't have a franchise ,as this was noon and a peak time. This location is always poorly run but I feel the need to leave one of my infamous sassy reviews as this visit took the cake...ermm donut and that wait was a bit long in the sweet tooth to even be worth their saccharine sellout diabetic...

Today is August 20, 2017 I have been to this location many times and up till about 2 or 3 months ago everything has gone down hill. I love the French onion soup and three times within the last month I've gotten a cup full of just soup no cheese no croutons nothing that's supposed to be in the cup except for just a cup of soup and then after a long chit chat on the phone with the manager I went in a few days later and again on August 19 I got again another cup half full of soup as I'm driving out of town. I'm very unhappy with this location I went back today August 20th and the acting supervisor was not very helpful at all did not want to give me the time of day not even single apology very unhappy with this location and I will be be sharing this. If in case there's no belief I have...
