We have wanted to try this place for awhile and figured we'd give it a shot and we are so glad we did. The service was fantastic! she was attentive, polite, gave great suggestions and threw in a dip for free. We started with the pierogies first and they were yummy! Covered in bacon-y goodness and onions and they were reasonably priced at $5.95. Then the deep fried pickles with the pickle dill sauce, these were the BEST deep fried I have had in a long time! And appys were half off so came in at $4.50. I will be dreaming of their pickley deliciousness for a long time! My boyfriend had the fish and chip it was breaded in kettle chips and was huge! It was the biggest fillet that he has had at a restaurant and we felt we got our money worth. It was crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside. It tasted amazing!!!!! I had the tic tac toe chicken tacos one of their specials, with kettle chips and honey dill dipping sauce. The tacos were so fresh tasting, a tad spicy and a little messy but super delicious! I loved the kettle chips they were crispy and went great with the honey dill sauce. We will definitely be back!!

Was pleasantly surprised. Though family friendly it was very sports oriented, a lot of tvs and felt more bar like even on the family side. Food options are varied, something for everyone. Loved the varied kids options too. Portions are fabulous. Nachos are layered like theyre home made (no lack of toppings here- every single chip had cheese and toppings on it). The calamari was expertly fried to perfection. Not chewy, but delicious and melt in your mouth. Pleasantly surprised with the bill as well. Full order of nachos, calamari, pickle chips, edaname beans, 2 kids meals, drinks (no alcohol), was 89 before tip. Which was quite reasonable for the amount of food we recieved. We eat out (too much), and find we pay at least the same amount, if not more, for smaller portions at other places. Though passing through we will be back!

Again just a great place, We were in Saskatoon for the weekend , so of course we went to Wendel Clarks Sat night for game 7 of the maple leafs and again what a great place, Drank some dill picked caesars, had a goat cheese entree, my wife had the fish and chips while I had the 1/2 portion of nachos…. The staff, what can I say… just great smiles, great service and awesome ambiance, We love this place, great food🤤🤤🤤 It’s a must if you come to town. The only neg thing … the leafs lost. Thanks see ya next time we’re in town We travel cross country so due to covid we got delivery instead of eating in and as usual, food was great and amazingly hot as it was -32. I just wanted to send a message regarding our excellent experience at Wendel Clark’s in Saskatoon on Saturday Apr 27th. We came in late with a group of 8. They had a group of 35 waiting to be seated. I’m assuming he was one of the manager he was wearing a maple leafs sweater greeted us upon arrival. Told us it was gonna be a bit of wait as the entry was full of people waiting to get in. The team at Wendel Clark’s busted their butts to get some tables cleaned and ready for us and the group of 35. We were seated within 5 mins of getting there. Our waitress told us she would be a minute as she had to deal with the large group. The team was fast, friendly and so awesome. She quickly took our drink and food order after a brief wait which we totally understood. We were worried it would take a while to get food but we were wrong. Drinks came fast. Food came not long after. Food and drinks were perfect. They even had the bartender from the lounge side over helping take drink orders. Even dealt with a gluten allergy at our table ensuring she got gluten free wings. Everything was absolutely perfect. Very surprising considering they were dealing with a large group and a very busy restaurant. Hats off to the team. We make sure we visit Wendel Clark’s every time we come to Saskatoon. We are always very happy with the food and service and after this experience we left extremely satisfied....

My fiancé and I have been in several times and we both have really enjoyed it, which is why we continued to come back. I have to say that after our most recent visit I’m not sure we would go back. The service was something terrible. Our server was so inattentive and uninterested and it clearly showed. After we got our food, she never once checked on us to see how it was or if there was anything she could get. I understand that when places are busy, it can get harder to check on tables, but the restaurant was pretty much empty. I had an empty drink for the better part of our time there and she never asked me if I wanted anything else but then again we couldn’t find her so it’s not like I could’ve asked, and we were never given water when we sat down so I had nothing to drink. After we finished our food and our plates were cleared we asked for the dessert menu and 20+ minutes went by and she never came back to take our order, so we decided we’d get the bill and she was still nowhere to be found. We ended up having to stop the host to get our bill, and she was very quick in making sure that we got it, so we appreciated that. I could tell she was disappointed by the tip we left, but we tipped based on the service we got. I must end this by saying that the food was...

Had a really horrible experience! It started when we came in about 15 minutes before happy hour was over. No one took our drink order in that time. One minute after happy hour was over the waitress took our order and immediately said no to our happy hour order. When we told her that we have been here since before six, she rolled her eyes. Following our first drink, we weren't offered another for 45 minutes. We then waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for our meal while the people around us, who came in much later than us, were already eating their meals. The manager apologized to the people around us for waiting for their meals but did not offer us any apology. When I told the waitress about our experience, she said she would talk to her manager and yet, he walked past us many times and did not speak a word. Oh, and the people to the next table were yelling and swearing so we, with children, asked if the manager could ask them to watch their language. Well he did, only to joke and laugh with the person who was causing such a disturbance. All around, a terrible experience and we will not be returning again. We understand that places get really busy, but to have no acknowledgement or drink service in the meantime was so...
