I ordered a pie got home found they accidentally put mushroom instead of ham on it. My one kid hates mushrooms so I called told them I was intending on running back to grab it ( hoping it was complimentary which it was) but the petson on phone asked my address and sent it out fir delivery which was super incredible!! I feel terrible tho the person came with the pizza as I was cleaning the yard and grabbed the pie fast and didn't tip the driver :( So I gotta order again and double tip ...

3.5stars would be a 4 if they didn't cut this so weird. With all the Ma and PA pizza pads in the Soo I didn't think to get franchise pizza. But I saw 50% off on fb so thought why not. 19$ for x large 5 topping is great deal. As far as franchise food good dominos is definitely holding there own here. I'd rather this then auroras sadly and for a third...

Ordered an extra large pizza, literally baked with a hair in the pizza, i was very calm about it still, politely and quietly asked for a refund without creating any scene, just then the manager or whoever it was, a girl with glasses started freaking out blaming my friend for that, said “we all have long here, its your friend’s beard’s hair” with literally 3 guys standing around her with beards and mustaches, the point isnt even that.. they tried to blame us for their mistake.. and started creating a scene for absolutely no reason, be careful when ordering from this store, trunk rd dominos is way better...

Just tried to order from the "new" Pizza Hut location in the Soo. The Canadian version of the website doesnt work properly yet. So then I called them, and got a young sounding Indian girl who could hardly speak english. Had to keep repeating the order to her. Needless to say, It went downhill, and I told her to forget it. So then I called Domino's. Got a normal english speaking male, who took my order with swift proficiency. Took 15sec on the phone. And the price for the same type of pizza (med with cheese and peperoni) was 2$ LESS...
