KFC — Restaurant in Sault Ste. Marie

This location has gone super downhill over the last few years..

I went through drive thru, ordered 2 taco bell meals, a couple extra tacos, and a KFC meal. Paid and then was told to go park in front of store. 3 or 4 cars parked after me... after 10-15 minutes all the other vehicles were gone, but they had an order they were trying to find where it went. I spoke with the worker and said what I had ordered, and not recieved yet. She mumbled something about finding the owner to this order in her hand and then went back inside the store.

I sat waiting with no idea what was happening with my meal. No one came to my vehicle to apologize, or to tell me my order was being made after 25 minutes of waiting.

I was tired of waiting and went inside and said I wanted a refund, the worker said a woman took my meal and they were remaking my order now. No apology about the 30 minutes I had now been waiting. I don't go to drive thru to be left waiting for that long.

Sorry, not sorry, but I was past being patient and said no I would just like a refund. I admit I was rude when leaving and as I was walking out said they could of had someone come out and say something instead of leaving customers in the dark after 20 minutes.

If you're going to be parking your drive thru customers, get a system going with it, have signs for parking spots, or give receipts and check them before handing out orders.

I gave a star because they did give me a refund but they have terrible customer service and...

So sad, i stop here every time i go through the soo and love it. Today not so much. We walked in 20 minutes before they close and they insisted they were sold out of almost everything. Finally after a heated discussion they found a chicken sandwich. Had gravy but lo and behold sold out of fries. After a couple of minutes they found just enough fries to fill our order. If they would have just made our order instead of arguing with us we would have been happy and gone before 10pm closing. Horrible customer service. Just lock the door at 930 if you dont want to serve customers . Will definitely think twice before coming back..... ps. While we were here they had a skip the dishes guy come in and they refused to make the order he was to pick up. He was upset as his rating will go down. Kfc girl was not sympathetic at...

All these fast food companies in Sault Ste Marie and restaurants and stores need to be reprimanded for putting employees in a position to deal with the public specifically English speaking and their employees speak very little English or understand even less ! It’s not fair to the employee and certainly terrible to a customer to try and have a conversation with an employee who only has a basic understanding of our language!! KFC it is hard enough to understand or hear anyone on your drive through speaker let alone an employee who only has very basic understanding of our language ! Please all stores be more thoughtful to all shoppers and employees and not create situations which make interactions with your business a terrible experience these people keep your business going and enable you to make a profit in...
