Even giving this place a 2 star rating is generous of me. Normally we are very patient people and have no problem waiting for orders. However today's issues is where my patience has run out. The sitting area is covered in garbage on multiple tables and the bathrooms are always filthy and covered with urine or feces on the toliets. Having to use my own sanitary wipe just to sit down at a clean table is unacceptable to me. Every time we ask for someone to clean the bathrooms or tables, we get snotty attitude and no one comes to clean up. The customer service is hit or miss and today wasn't too bad. Normally they screw up or the staff can't hear us properly over the speaker in the drive-thru even when we are loud, clear and repeat our order multiple times. Also they generally don't have what we want; large cups or the iced capp machine is down more often than not. Definitely wouldn't recommend coming inside...

Always a hit or miss here: in most cases, a miss. Stopped going there recently as there's been a multitude of problems, including but not limited to complete orders being wrong, being completely ignored by staff, and employees getting snotty with the customer (not just me -- I've seen it happen to others) when they request a replacement order when it wasn't fulfilled properly. Little to no customer service in the way of acknowledging someone when they've come in with a wrong order, and I've waited a good five minutes inside with nobody in line to even be acknowledged. As someone who's tried to be nothing but pleasant and calm when things didn't turn out right, I feel as though I've been disappointed time and time again.

Fortunately there are still a few people here with good customer service skills, and thankfully the manager on duty is usually nice when the rest of the staff...

Never been so disappointed by a fast food place. Ordered a farmers breakfast wrap combo & another breakfast wrap. Was informed they only had two hashbrowns (our order would have 3). Asked to get ride of the combo and have two wraps only. They didnt listen, i had to assemble the farmers wrap while in the car. To top it off the wrap was 90% chipotle sauce, like im pretty sure i got half the bottle in my wrap. I used to work at tims as a teen , its not that hard to follow instructions and assemble food correctly. This is embarrassing.

The days we dont order food they can never seem to make our coffee right. Two med double doubles, yet they always ALWAYS forget the sugar in one. Im just stunned how bad this location has become. If it wasnt for being the only open place when i start work id...
