My partner surprised me with a birthday cake from this bakery after hearing so many great things about it. The presentation was absolutely beautiful, and I was genuinely excited. Unfortunately, once my family and I tried the cake, we were extremely disappointed. It lacked flavor to no flavour at all and it entirely tasted overwhelmingly like sugar and wax.

Given how expensive the cake was, we expected much better quality. We reached out via email to express our concerns, but the response we got kinda felt like we got dismissed.

I recently had a big reception with over 140 guests. Overall I was pretty disappointed. The cake that costed over $600.00 of dollars looked terrible and extremely cheap. Also the cupcakes taste like chemicals and did not look very nice. The owner never even asked if I was happy with the overall order after it was delivered. I never even seen her.
