Bottom line up front, save your time and money and eat at home or go almost anywhere else.
I haven’t been to a Taco Bell in a while but I’m amazed at how far the franchise has fallen. Maybe it’s just this one.
I ordered online (probably my first mistake) with pickup time of 3:00, giving the staff ample time to prepare the order and showed up at 3:00. My simple order was not ready for another 15 minutes while the staff tried to figure out the online ordering system. Several other customers had a similar problem while we waited.
Once I got my food there was maybe a tablespoon of meat and cheese in each Gordita crunch and they looked like they had been sat on - more fillings in the paper than the taco shell.
The place was evidently understaffed, and what few staff who were there were Trudeau and Singh’s “new Canadians” - it was frustrating trying to explain my problems to someone who doesn’t speak English and didn’t really seem like they cared about the job or the customer.

The first time I was here it was not long before re-opening so I thought it was just people getting i to the swing of things. But if I had to guess I would say this is a whole new staff with little to no training and employer that doesn’t want to hire enough staff. The person at the till does not even have the time to pull the debit slips off the machine and hand them to the customers or put any in her till. Receipts are obviously supposed to be handed out based on the TV Order number tracker, but those are also piling up. And what fast food place doesn’t have an expediter at lunch and dinner? This one. The wait is also way to long. I just spent 90% of my hour lunch waiting here. And assuming everyone is taking out doesn’t solve problems. 2nd chance review. Gave this place a second chance hoping the first time was an anomaly, food is gross and not edible, burrito was cold and gross tasting brought up to the manager and guess what that’s too bad was his response that’s the way we are told to make them.
Save your money. BTW this is an $8.00 burrito supreme Smaller than a wrap from the place beside it and 3x the price no value here whatsoever. Was 12 employees in the store yelling across the restaurant at each other across the customers. No sitting one in the restaurant still took 20 mins for two burritos and a taco.
Place was not very clean most of the tables haven’t been wiped, the only tables being used were for employees eating food from other places in the restaurant. (After trying to eat their food can’t blame them).
