edit Thought I would give this place another shot tonight. My boyfriend orders a burger with onion rings and me an order of chicken fingers which come with fries. He comes home and what do you know, I have 3 chicken fingers. Really? So I paid $24.00 for a burger combo and 3 chicken fingers w no fries?! When my boyfriend asked them where the fries were, they said the order said chicken fingers only. Who only orders 3 chicken fingers? They didn’t offer to make any fries or throw some in. Just here’s your 3 chicken fingers for $7.00. I will never order anything from this place again. I am officially done.

Ordered two combos for pickup this evening. This is something I regularly do and have never had an issue prior however, the lady who took the order seemed to have a hard time understanding what I was ordering which was frustrating but it is what it is. When my boyfriend came home with our order, there was 1 combo and 1 chicken burger, not the 2 combos I ordered However, they charged $24 for the 1 combo and 1 chicken burger that we got. The order of onion rings had 5 onion rings in it. My chicken burger was the sloppiest put together burger I have ever had from there. Very disappointed since this is/was the best burger...

Called here last Friday to order 3 burgers and fries. I called and ordered the banquet burgers to go. I was asked what I want on the burgers and I replied I want what comes with them and that's it. Again he asked me what I wanted on them and I replied with the same answer. Right after that the call was disconnected. So I tried to call back and it rang with no answer. I tried one more time and the guy picks up the phone and hangs up on me right away to get his point across that he does not want to deal with me. So we ate some where else because they did not want my business.

*Reply to owners response... I have ordered food over 50 times from other restaurants with no issues. Cell Service was not the issue as I could hear him loud and clear. It sounds like you have employee issues to deal with from your previous reviews maybe you should deal with them instead of replying to my review.

The worst experience I ever had. This is the most dishonest burger place I’ve ever been to. We went in to order burgers, fries, onion rings and pop but the prices we were charged are completely different from their menu. See the attached receipt and copy of their most recent menu from their counter. I was obviously overcharged. If they have updated their prices, why give us a menu with undated price list? There’s no timely communication about the discrepancy on the prices. How can a business do this to their customers? Given their food is nothing special, the rip off is just despicable. Will not recommend this place.

Also, after posting this review and instead of addressing this in an amicable and professional manner, the owner replied and said “Karen” then asked me to get a life. This clearly shows poor management and no sense of leadership. This response from the establishment confirms my bad experience with this place and how their customer service needs...
