Subway on Main Street. Was good. There were a few ppl lined up but we got through quickly. Got rotisserie chicken salad. I said a little more chicken in the scoop. U want double meat? he asked. I said not really, but ok. So then he goes to give me another scoop of chicken but this time the 2nd scoop is only half full...ok whatever I guess that's double meat. Haha. Everything was fresh-looking, I loved that! At first, he put approx 1/3 of a cup of lettuce in my bowl..lol. I said more lettuce, please. Another little sprinkle of lettuce came. Hmmm..ok..lol Cheese comes with salad so I asked for mozzarella..... but nope, I wasn't paying 2 bucks extra. Depends on who is working on how good or big the salad is. Read moreI had a mishap with ordering on the app I guess, I assumed it would be just like ordering at their drive through screens but it wasn’t. My sub came exactly how I DIDN’T want it but, and they really didn’t have to do this at all, the staff made me a fresh sub exactly how I wanted it and saved the day.
It was very embarrassing because I wasn’t too pleasant about the app messing my meal up initially but they disregarded my negativity and still made it up to me. I was very humbled and apologized to the staff for expressing my initial discontentment. They really did go above and beyond and I truly didn’t deserve them to be so kind after my being so upset. One of the employees,male his name Balwinder, after taking my order, started mocking the way I pronounced the names of the ingredients with his colleague. It was very offensive and uncomfortable for me. I believe that customers should be treated with respect, regardless of any factors. I also noticed that no one responds to reviews, and there is no feedback. This is disappointing because such rude employees may cause you to lose customers.
